Hello, I’m Sue.

Thank you for visiting me here.

You know how people talk about those moments that changed their lives?

For me, it was when I was introduced to the idea that my personality was of a particular type. I saw my strengths, weaknesses, and habits all there on a piece of paper. It all made sense and the wisdom of MBTI®  has been a vital support for me throughout my personal and professional life since.

As an MBTI® registered practitioner of some 23 years now, I first used this tool with programme makers at the BBC. Since then it has been foundational to my work  with church teams, individuals and couples.

I have been a Spiritual Director and Supervisor for 20 years, and have also found using this framework to be an invaluable tool with those I serve in this way.

Two phrases dance with each other in my mind and bring focus to my current work. “To thine own self be true” (Hamlet) and “For as we have many members in one body… Having then gifts differing…” (Romans 12 v 4-8).

I think it is clear to us all that we are moving along in times of great change and challenge. Some of our preferred ways of living, some of our habits, are no longer available to us. We may even be considering changes for the good of ourselves and others.

This is why I am so excited to introduce my *NEW* Workshop for Spiritual Directors and Companions to you.  Do see if it resonates for you. You can find out all about it by clicking here.
